Furthermore, our Quality Control Labs cooperate with our R&D Department to develop and validate new analytical methods. Tests according Pharmacopoeias (EP, USP, JP), in house methods and on the basis of customer requests are performed. All the analysis and raw data are managed by the validated software LIMS interfaced with SAP. Quality Control labs are able to manage all the main analytical techniques using fully validated instrumentation.

Quality Control Labs have a contract with an external laboratory to perform microbiological analysis. This external laboratory is authorized by Italian Authorities and it is qualified and audited by Procos Quality Unit.
At the same time there are several partnership with other external laboratories, like Ticinum Lab or Pavia University labs, for specific task.
